Our little boy has turned one month and thank God that he is very healthy and active 🙂 The early days and weeks of a newborn are really crucial and every month they reach healthily is such a relief for any parent like us.
Ashton is now bigger at more than 6 Lbs in weight and has obviously grown longer. I am amazed at how babies grow up really fast so I am cherishing every moment while he is still a baby and I can still swaddle my arms around him. Ashton has developed habits too, of being more comfortable sleeping with me on the same bed and when bored, he would cry so he would be carried up.
When he is awake, he would do lots of kicks and waves with his tiny arms and legs. Ashton is strong because I could really feel the bed move whenever he does any of the above. It’s also funny how Ashton makes really loud pushing noises when he is moving his bowels x.x The little man gives it all just to get it all out.
Me and my husband are growing more attached to him each day. When I am having my me time spending some hours away from him, I would miss him terribly and imagine his face every minute. We love our baby very much and he is the best thing that has happened to the two of us <3
Now I also realize that the stress that comes from being a new mom is not really from the baby but from outside factors and pressures of other persons. We look forward to moving to our own home, I promise to make it a safe and happy one for our baby 🙂
