Home and Living: Morning Walks!

Saturday my mini family decided to wake up early for a morning walk. My sister and I have been planning to run every morning if not for my busted rubber shoes. We’ve noted how we should wise up about our health, again because times are difficult with increasing prices and that includes health costs.

Mommy Tip: Make your morning walks hassle free by bringing your own bottled water, umbrella (in case it rains or become too sunny), and a little pocket money.

Super mom Joni (my older sister) warned me to look after my husband’s weight because she know of many families who suffered financially because someone had weight-related problems such as heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. Que horror!

Though sleep is sweet, I enjoyed our walk as we passed by new houses, new stores in the neighborhood, and weather was cooperative. I wish there are more playgrounds too complete with pull up bars where Ashton can play in the future.

It is tempting to buy breakfast meals from neighborhood eateries but then we passed the temptation and just cooked at home after our walk. It turned out to be a very productive day because everyone (including Ashton) inured the benefit of the sunshine and warmed up 🙂
