My smile was from ear-to-ear when I first watched this video and I was surprised how talented Nadine is in photography, film, and video editing. I also like the song “Always”, from what I know Nadine and James like listening to underground music i.e. not so mainstream songs and maybe this is one of them.
Nadine Lustre and her FujiFilm Cameras
I watched the video several times and it’s not hard to spot that Nadine is an organic user of FujiFilm cameras. At first, I was reeling to know if she is the new endorser – next to Bea Alonzo. During one of FujiFilm’s event, I just had to ask the staff about it.
Here’s the scoop: Nadine personally bought her FujiFilm cameras at Henry’s in Trinoma. The first known Fuji camera she bought is a FujiFilm X-Pro1 which also makes an appearance in her “Always” video. Of course I had to ask what Nadine was like and the staff appreciated how simple, nice, and “normal” Nadine is when she visits the store. Not with a full entourage, sometimes just with her mom.
There is a newer version of the FujiFilm X-Pro1 which is best suited for users who are experienced using a camera in the Manual setting i.e. knowledgeable on shutter speed, aperture, ISO settings among many others. The fact that Nadine uses an X-Pro1 reveals her knowledge in film & photography. Here is FujiFilm X-Pro2 with specs:

Nadine Lustre and her FujiFilm X100T
Nadine’s known second FujiFilm camera is the X100T. She shot this photo using the camera, posted it on Instagram with the #FujiFilmX100T:
The FujiFilm X100T also makes an appearance in the “Always” video. From what I learned from FujiFilm Philippines, this series is also for experienced camera users but with a more friendly and intuitive interface. Another popular feature of this Fuji camera is its state-of-the-art hybrid viewfinder.
There’s no word yet about FujiFilm Philippines getting Nadine Lustre as their endorser or brand ambassador. In my opinion, she is the best face for the FujiFilm X series noting her genuine passion and eye for photography.
