NEW S&R Roaster’s Best Marinated Chicken cooks in 30 minutes

With our kids back to school, mothers like me find ourselves in the kitchen for longer hours. There’s just so many meals and snacks to plan and prepare. My son is in gradeschool and I need to feed him breakfast and lunch before class, I also have to prepare snacks for recess, then another snack when he returns, and the family dinner. Edi wow!

Aside from conscious planning, meal preparation, and lots of Ziploc freezing – here’s a new #KitchenHack for us moms! It’ll help save us some time from planning, preparation, and cooking – and I found it at S&R. It’s called the S&R Roaster’s Best Marinated Chicken Cut-Ups.

Here they are in my freezer and ever since, I have reduced my trips to the supermarket. I also like how my freezer looks very organized with all my stock from S&R.

Sealed in Freshness, leak-proof seal, and anti-freezer burn packaging.

As you can see, I kind of like Bounty Fresh because I also have their Chicken Nuggets and Chicken Breast Teriyaki – also available at S&R. I only stock few pork products because of the price and the shortage. Chicken can have different flavors while it is also healthy, economical, and easy to cook.

REVIEW: S&R Roaster’s Best Marinated Chicken

This pre-marinated chicken cut ups that are exclusively available at S&R comes in 4 different flavors: Lemongrass, Butter Garlic, Classic Roast and Hot n’ Spicy. My recommendation is the Butter Garlic followed by the Hot n’ Spicy marinade.

Roaster’s Best are available in different cuts but I prefer the breast and wings combination. If your kids like drumstick, that’s also available.

Preparation – it’s very easy to prepare, just take it out from the freezer to that at least an hour before you cook it. This frees up a lot of time for moms to do other things such as helping with homework or dressing the kids up for school.

Cooking Method – S&R’s Roaster’s Best chicken can be fried or cooked via turbo broiler/roaster. I use my turbo broiler which is a plug and use gadget that’s very convenient. Roaster’s Best packaging includes instructions and it’s 15 minutes per side at around 225 C’.

I can cook a lot of chicken pieces in just 30 minutes!

Quality and Taste – first of all I am surprised how Roaster’s Best chicken has that perfect chicken skin that doesn’t tear up! I think these are the most beautiful chicken I have ever roasted. As long as you follow the prescribed time and temperature setting, you will ALWAYS end up with golden and juicy chicken with the best chicken skin ever!

I’ve cooked two packages of Roaster’s Best already, here’s a photo of the hot and spicy variant that I prepared for my husband and I. It’s as perfect as the Garlic Butter Roasted Chicken plus, the taste and excitement of flavors is restaurant quality.

Perfect for date night at home!

Mommy Lace Tip: You can cook 1 package/tray of Roaster’s Best and just Ziploc, refrigerate to serve and reheat for future meals or packed lunch. This has saved me a lot of time and money. If you want to keep it longer, you can freeze the roasted chicken cut-ups too. In my experience, the taste doesn’t change at all and I can tell the chicken is very fresh because it doesn’t easily spoil. The meat is so tender and juicy, you won’t regret serving it to family, friends, and house guests.

I also like serving it with atsara for the full roasted chicken experience.

I’m already planning a picnic but this time, I’d like to try doing a barbecue with the Lemongrass variant.

Mommy, I hope you try the S&R Roaster’s Best Chicken by Bounty Fresh too. It’ll make your life easier, at least for select days when you choose to serve this for your family.

Happy cooking and good luck in your kitchen endeavors, Mommy!
