Home and Living: Ashton’s Pandesal

Ashton and I braved the neighborhood with his stroller in tow. It was only the two of us so we got to more places like one of the neighbor’s bakery. The smell of fresh hot pandesal was effective in luring me to buy. Our morning walk today had an accomplishment!

It’s been ages since I last tasted pandesal. For one, it is growing expensive but I am amazed that our pandesal here only costs P 2.00. We had it for breakfast with some cream cheese, Ashton had the taho vendor waiting for him when we arrived at our gate 🙂

This morning is wonderful, it does pay to wake up early and catch the sun’s rays to activate those happy hormones. After our brekkie Ashton and I sat down on Mama’s favorite rocking chair by the porch. Little boy fell asleep on my arms.

Thank you God for this day!
