7 Weeks and Mommy Diet

Every Saturday, my baby becomes a week older. Baby is now 7 weeks and I am feeling better everyday that sometimes I forget I am even pregnant. The cramps that feel like menstrual pains are gone and my super mild morning sickness is fading. Hopefully, these will not return!

Mommy and baby are going to work tomorrow. If I could, I would just stay at home and grow baby inside my tummy but I will just end up worrying about not having enough or something extra. We’ll take it day by day and see if we’ll love our new workplace 🙂 If not, Daddy is always around ahahah

I’ve made it a point to sleep at 10pm and wake up at 7.30am. Now, I am avoiding eating the following:

1. Fried chicken – I just don’t like it anymore and it’s super fatty
2. Salty food – which will make me a big mama
3. Sweets and desserts – too much sugar is not good
4. Junk and processed food

Which gives me a fewer but healthier choices. Regular items in my diet now includes:

1. Milk every night
2. Eggs every other day
3. High fiber crackers
4. Rice
5. Veggies
6. Meat
7. Fish that is super cooked
8. Fruits as snacks

I am also taking lots of medicines and vitamins like Vitamin C, Folate, Obimin, and another one so that baby will have lots of food inside the womb. For the first time in many years, I do not care if I will gain weight with all these supplements. I just don’t want to gain because of negligence and pigging out for no healthy reason. Everything that goes in should have nutritional value 🙂 I love my body and my baby ^___^
