Ashton just got his 5th vaccine today and I observed that he has a slight fever or sinat as we call it here in the Philippines. I normally do not give him paracetamol right away because he can manage without it and even sleep well.
Although, if your baby’s fever is not from vaccines or immunizations, you may want to check if it is dengue.

Right now, I have Biogesic for kids from Unilab in my medicine cabinet for Ashton. I have not tried any other brand but some do mention Calpol from GSK for fever as well. This brand has dosages based on weight which is printed on the back of the box.
I wonder if babies also get hiyang to some brands, just like adults do with anti wrinkle eye cream.
