I had the chance to bake cookies on Saturday and although I am swamped with my to-write list, having baked reminded me it was a weekend after all. Again, I substituted white granulated sugar with honey and the result was delicious. Soft, chewy, and tasty cookies with the benefits of honey 🙂
Ashton loved them as much as everyone else did.

Baking more is part of my exercise on living with less and trying to make things instead of buying them. My dough yielded more than 35 cookies that everyone enjoyed and finished this weekend. Ashton and I just ate the last piece of it.
