Red Hot Sale weekend at Robinson’s Galleria – Ashton’s finds at Toys R’ Us

Mini family woke up early yesterday to drive to the Robinson’s Galleria Red Hot Sale. My son and I have been reading the catalogue from Toys RUs ever since 2 weeks ago! I am sure Ashton already knows what he wants and that means more toy cars.

I, on the other hand want to treat myself to new clothes. I actually call them ‘going out uniforms’. I am so thrifty now I only buy plains and solid colors. It worked for me as a mom who don’t have so much time to mix and match.

We arrived 10 minutes before 10AM, so we hanged out at McDonald’s first. It was a welcome pit stop after a long drive.  At exactly 10AM the guard whistled for all entrances to be opened. Ashton instantly got up from his seat and ushered us to the mall!

Our first mandatory stop for the little boss is Toys R’ Us. The mark downs were unbelievable and the choices were phenomenal.

On sale: branded and trusted toys from Bruin.

We love this brand because it’s sturdy and affordable. Ashton still uses the Bruin activity table we bought from the 2010 Red Hot Sale! Here he is the little mystery shopper scanning the goods.

On sale: Outdoor activity toys and fixtures from Disney, Chicco to Little Tikes.

Spot the little monster. Ashton still uses his favorite Chicco car from the sale in 2011 and shares it with his friends.

Little rides are big on our street.

Mandatory quality testing by Mr. Ashton.

Of course, the toy cars had a big SALE sign on. My boys were delighted.

Why so serious Ashton? I’m guessing he is overwhelmed with the choices.

Me, I tried fishing for a free Tomica toy.

I think all of us delayed the trip to the cashier. It was just so much fun trying new and different toys – minus the scary tag price!

After an hour (or two) we finally made our choices. Are you curious?

We built a car city from Toys R’s Us!

Car city play mat Php 279 plus lots of cars, helicopters, and more cars Php ??????.

Plus, I bought two toy golf sets for all of us to enjoy.

Golf sets at Php 129 each

Outdoor games should make a huge chunk of our children’s playtime. Especially when they are like this at lunch time.

So imagine Ashton’s surprise when he saw his friends. Talking Tom and Ben!

Mommy’s Red Hot Sale adventure doesn’t stop here. Stay tuned for more great finds from Robinson’s Galleria.
