Recipe: Tuna Sandwich Made Healthier with Flax Seeds

Ingredients:

– Eden Mayonnaise

– 1 can tuna in water

– 2 tbsp ground flax seed or flax seed meal

– 1 small onion diced

– 1 stalk celery diced

– fresh dill (optional)

– pepper to taste

Procedure:

Drain tuna in water, transfer into a microwaveable bowl with lid (so you can store easily). Add flax seed, onion, celery, fresh dill and pepper. Mix ingredients well before adding mayonnaise. I just discovered Eden Mayonnaise and it levels up the taste of my tuna sandwich with its creamy cheese flavor. Amount of mayonnaise depends on you but I prefer a creamy tuna spread in between two wheat bread.

Level up the healthy goodness of your sandwich by adding two slices of tomato and fresh lettuce.
