Here are my latest creations from the kitchen, cinnamon rolls.

My sister Joni and I use to frequent a cinnamon shop after school and that is how I am introduced to this pastry. We always love our cinnamon with lots of heavy frosting.

I made time to bake these last night and because we have too much cinnamon powder in our pantry too. It took me 3 hours to bake, the dough is left to expand twice, an hour each, with the help of yeast. Let me say that my frosting is perfect.

1/4 cup butter

1/2 cup cream cheese

1 1/2 cup confectioners sugar

Use a mixer to blend the butter and cream cheese, slowly add the confectioners sugar and beat until fluffy.

Now my cinnamon rolls look and taste even better with the frosting 🙂 It made my husband said the cheesiest thing ever, that my cinnamon rolls tastes great because it was made with love. Among the many things I like to do is baking and one of my many dreams (they are so plenty) is to put up a small cafe that serve my pastries. I want a complete setup like a cake display and a cordless barcode scanner for the register. Someday, if not I am simply happy that my family enjoys my baking.
