Swipe that SM Advantage card!

I bring my SM Advantage card everyday because believe it or not, someone will always end up in SM to buy pantry supplies or to satisfy a craving. In that case, I hand to them my card so points don’t go wasted. Having your customer rewards card should be automatic thing (just like an ach check processing). I’ve earned plenty of points that I’ve made purchases with – sensible ones like medicines and diapers for my child.

Some are lazy to hand their cards or spending a bit of time to apply for a reward card, thinking the points accumulate too slowly. Well think about how many times and pesos you spend inside the mall – it’s time you get rewarded! Of course, don’t check your points on a daily basis – check after a month or two and you’ll be surprised the reward points are enough to buy a neccessity.

More tips to earn more points using SM Advantage:

I gas up at Petron where points can be credited to my card. If the card is not swiped, keep the OR and have it credited at the customer service.

I always bring SM green bags (make sure they are SM’s), doing so I get additional points for saving the environment.

Whenever someone’s sick – I make it a point to buy medicines at Watson’s if it’s the same price or cheaper than Mercury Drug.

Whenever sending someone to the mall, I never forget to hand my SM advantage card so the purchases get rewarded.Take note, go to ACE hardware for your light bulbs and SM Appliance when buying gadgets if the item you want is available in their stores.
